Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position it is anticipated that following conclusion of the transaction you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes programs policies and benefit that case details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

This role willcollaborate with Service Delivery Leads within each of the Regions Globalstakeholdersand the Global Process Owner to further evolve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategyaccuracyand timeliness ofGlobalInvoice to Cashprocesses for Johnson & Johnson companies globally.

  • Develop and articulate vision for GlobalInvoice to Cashorganization and build customer-focused organizational culture

  • Provide leadership and ensure GlobalInvoice to Cashservice delivery commitments and customer expectations are met

  • Accountable for overall customer satisfaction and meeting required service levels

  • Develop and operationalize GlobalInvoice to Cashstrategies that enhance effectiveness and compliance

  • Build and manage key relationships with Global Services leadership to ensure service delivery commitments and value expectations are met

  • Provide leadershiptoacquisitions divesturesreorganizationsand other integrations as

  • Provideleadership andoversight tothird-party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providersas needed

  • Align with GPO to collaborate on thedevelopment communication and continuous improvement of the policiesprocessesand procedures forGlobalInvoice to Cash

  • Delivertalentbusinessand financial expectations for GlobalInvoice to Cash

  • Ensure GlobalInvoice to Cashremainscompliant with all statutory regulatory and SOX 404 requirements.Provide guidancedirectionandexpertiseto support all internal and external audits ensuring effective controls for end-to-end processes.

  • Drivea continuousimprovement and change management capability tooptimizeeffectiveness and efficiency of GlobalInvoice to Cashprocessing

  • Collaborate withGlobal ServicesCross-Functional Leaders Global Process Owner (GPO) RegionalService DeliveryLeadsand other Global Servicesstakeholderstoidentifyand deliver improvements in service performance and global standards

  • Maintain and foster external relationships and benchmarking to ensure responsiveness to changing environment

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of aBachelorslevel degree is preferably in accounting or finance

  • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience ispreferred

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Shared ServiceCenter of a multinational corporation or BPOpreferred

  • MBA CPA CMA and/or other financial certificationsispreferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Experience managingGlobalInvoice to Cashfunction of alarge multi-statecompany

  • Significant experiencedriving large complex projects to a successful completionas well as ability to work in a Global environment

  • Ability to leadorganizations/teamsthrough change whilemaintainingday-to-day operations

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees colleaguesleadersand stakeholders at all levels with a proven record of influencing outcomesremotely

  • Abilityto manage ambiguity and fluid situationsdemonstratinga pragmatic approach

  • Successfullymanagemultiple priorities andbevery organized

  • Develop andmaintaina high-performing team with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment

  • Strong ability to mentor and delegate as appropriate

Preferred:
