Job Summary

This is a remote position.

The Role:

Were searching for a driven and talented full-stack developer to join our founding team. Youll be instrumental in building our core applications from the ground up. Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development: Take ownership of feature development across the entire stack using Java Spring Boot Hibernate and React.

Collaboration: Partner with a small highly skilled team of offshore developers providing guidance and ensuring top-notch code quality.

Problem Solving: Tackle technical challenges head-on and find innovative solutions.

Communication: Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical team members.

Requirements

Experience: 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development ideally with some exposure to the fintech industry. (70% backend 30% frontend).

Technical Skills:

Java backend: Strong proficiency in Java with experience using Spring Boot and Hibernate.

frontend: Proven experience building modern front-end applications with React.

Databases: Experience with SQL databases.

API Design: Understanding RESTful API principles.

Advanced written and spoken English fluency is a MUST (C1 or C2).

Nice to have:

Python: Proficient in Python including data structures (lists dictionaries) control flow functions object-oriented programming and data manipulation using data frames with libraries like Pandas.

AI/ML: Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) or experience integrating AI capabilities.

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms testing frameworks (JUnit Mockito) and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:
