Job Summary
We are looking for candidates with direct exposure to credit products ideally credit cards consumer lending or loan operations. The candidate should understand how a credit account works end to end. The ideal candidate would have experience in the backend of credit or lending operation.
Core Function: Drive ticket resolution manage B2B account inquiries and maintain configuration workflows across credit programs.
Qualifications :
- 2 years in credit card/lending operations with strong credit process knowledge (Credit Decisioning CRA tools Collections).
- Demonstrated capacity to manage 1530 accounts concurrently while meeting strict performance benchmarks (70% assessment threshold).
- Minimum B2 Level English (client-facing) and fluent Spanish
- Functional API knowledge basic coding capabilities and operational familiarity with Jira/VDI environments.
