Location: Remote (South Africa or Latin America)
Compensation:
South Africa: $1500 - $1700 USD/month Commission
Latin America: $1700 - $2000 USD/month Commission
Commission Structure:
5% commission on closed deal value paid on cash received from the client.

Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships uncovering customer challenges and guiding prospects through a complete sales journey.
Unlike a traditional Business Development Representative role that simply books meetings this position offers exposure to the full sales cycle. Youll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting leading discovery conversations presenting software demonstrations and progressing opportunities through the pipeline while working alongside company leadership and a Sales Engineer on more technical discussions.
As the business grows there will be opportunities to take greater ownership of the sales cycle and develop into a fully independent Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
I. Business Development & Pipeline Generation
Proactively identify and engage healthcare staffing companies through outbound calling email LinkedIn and other prospecting channels.
Build relationships with key decision-makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.
Execute consistent outbound activity while maintaining a consultative relationship-first sales approach.
Leverage structured outreach campaigns while tailoring conversations to each prospects unique business challenges.
II. Discovery & Solution Selling
Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospects recruitment processes operational pain points and technology ecosystem.
Lead engaging software demonstrations that clearly communicate business value and operational improvements.
Partner with the companys Sales Engineer during technical discussions or complex implementation conversations.
Position solutions based on business outcomes rather than product features alone.
III. Sales Pipeline Management
Manage opportunities from initial outreach through commercial discussions and closing support.
Maintain accurate CRM records activity tracking and follow-up schedules.
Collaborate closely with founders throughout the sales process.
Build long-term client relationships that support future account growth.
IV. Market & Customer Intelligence
Stay informed on trends within Healthcare Staffing Recruitment Technology and HR Tech.
Share customer insights to improve messaging positioning and product development.
Identify opportunities for expansion within existing customer relationships.
Required Hard Skills
2 years of experience in Business Development Account Executive SDR BDR or SaaS sales roles.
Proven experience generating outbound opportunities and managing consultative sales conversations.
Comfortable presenting software solutions to business stakeholders.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot Pipedrive or similar.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while consistently achieving activity and sales targets.
Experience working alongside Sales Engineers or technical implementation teams.
