About Collateral Repair Project

CRP’s Designer’s primary role is to be responsible for the overall look and feel of CRP physical and digital products and materials. Successful candidates are expected to be active learners who are willing to expand their knowledge of humanitarian work as well as community development. The Designer will report directly to the Livelihoods Coordinator and is responsible for activities including, but not limited to: Managing product development for Livelihoods programs particularly Hope Workshop; Consultation with all departments on developing materials, packaging, and catalogs in alignment with the CRP brand; Overseeing graphic design of printed and digital materials in various departments (i.e. brochures, packaging, catalogs, signage, ads, presentations, and the website); Researching cultural context and best practices to inform designs; Assisting in design aspects of new programs/projects, particularly in Livelihoods; Actively collaborating on Livelihoods PR and client/third-party co
