工作内容
1.遵守公司各项规章制度和要求
2.按照安全质量工艺设备等作业指导书作业方法或规章制度进行生产相关活动
3.按章正确使用各类设备设施及工装夹具刀具检具器具吊具等各类使用工具发现问题及时汇报
4.负责现场5S保持工作区域整洁
5.积极参加各类班组会议培训
6.按照要求填写各类报表记录如日报表自检表交接班记录点检表等并保持表格的清洁对所填写的内容负责
7.服从工作安排保质保量完成上级布置的任务
8.根据上级的指导共同完成既定指标
9.积极提出合理化建议并配合其他人进行实施共同提高公司产品的竞争力
10.完成上级安排的其他工作
岗位要求
- 持有焊工证气保焊药芯焊丝重工行业厚板100mm焊接经验身体健康无职业病
- 持有有效期内的特种作业操作证特种作业证/焊接与热切割作业
- 熟练平焊横焊立焊等不同的焊接要求
- 会进行打磨碳刨清根等辅助作业
- 严格按照作业指导书调整焊接参数并完成各种零件的焊接
- 根据实际情况如实填写相关产品质量检查表具备以口头形式清晰地表达问题的能力具备产品质量意识如发现问题及时向上级报告
- 身心健康工作细心具备很强的安全意识及团队合作精神听从领班的合理的指挥操作
