Complete the daily work related to the warehouse ensuring that the physical goods and system data for receiving dispatching and inventory are 100% accurate.

Key Activities

职位描述

• Internal & External communication Comply with the companys compliance policies and employee handbooks and other basic requirements;

内&外部沟通 遵守公司合规和员工手册等基本要求;

• Responsible for the daily tasks of goods entry and exit in the warehouse including inspection shelving picking packaging shipping storage etc;

负责仓库日常货物入库出库验收上架拣货打包发货存储等工作;

• Responsible for the receipt and dispatch of labor protection supplies as well as the collection and delivery of tools for inspection;

负责劳保用品收发和工具收发送检等工作;

• Responsible for daily inventory checks annual inventory counts and reconciliation work at the warehouse includes outsource warehouse;

负责仓库日常盘点年度盘点对账等工作 包含外协仓库;

• Responsible for the operation of the warehouse system;

负责仓库系统操作;

• Responsible for ensuring that the drivers of delivery and pick-up vehicles are properly dressed and for collecting relevant documents;

负责对送货提货车辆司机安全着装和文件收集等工作;

• Responsible for the declaration and archiving of relevant documents and be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness tidiness and hygiene of the goods and environment in the warehouse;

负责相关单证的报关与存档负责保持仓库内货品和环境的清洁整齐和卫生工作;

• Responsible for the storage and distribution of scrap materials;

 负责报废品的出库入库等工作;

• Responsible for assisting in resolving issues related to inventory and receiving/issuing operations in the outsourced warehouse;

负责协助解决外协仓库库存和收发货异常问题;

• Responsible for the declaration and archiving of relevant documents;

负责相关单证的报关与存档;

• Responsible for the loading unloading and distribution of goods within the factory;

负责货物工厂内货物装卸和配送的工作;

• Cooperate with other departments in fulfilling the work requirements related to the warehouse;

配合执行其他部门涉及到仓库的工作要求;

• Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;

确保完全遵守工厂HSE规章制度;

• Other tasks assigned by manager;

经理安排的其他任务;

• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.

了解 ISO 14001 和 45001 标准

Qualifications :

Skills & Knowledge:

• High school degree or above;

高中及以上学历;                         

• 3years above working experience-Good command of English Have certain data analysis and statistics capabilities;

3年以上工作经验 有一定的数据统计分析能力;                                                                               

• Daily operation knowledge of warehouses candidates with experience in bonded warehouses will be given priority;

仓库日常运营常识有保税仓库经验者优先;

• Good command on computer with SAP experience and forklift license will be given priority.

良好的计算机操作能力 有SAP经验者和叉车证者优先
