WithinBusiness Area Mining you lead LGMRTs joint venture business with full P&L responsibility in a high-impact strategic leadership role. Thisis a newly establishedpositionthatshapes Sandviks global midmarket offering and operating model across the Surface Drilling Underground Drilling and Load & Haulin China and internationally.
About the job
You lead the transformation of LGMRT from a strong Chinese midmarket OEM into an internationalsecond tieroffering for Sandvik. You drive business strategy and operating model development while building a robust and scalableoperatingmodel for both equipment and aftermarket through a dedicated dealer network.Identifyingopportunities with suppliers and technology partners across the equipment divisionsis part of your jobalong withmonitoringmarket dynamics competitive developmentsemergingtechnologiesand evolving customer needs.

Job responsibilities
Havefull P&L responsibility for the LGMRT business across three product lines.
Lead and develop the LGMRT organization with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
Execute and further enhance the strategyand operating modelof LGMRT.
Drive continuous improvement across the business.
Develop differentiated international go-to-market channels and strengthen positioning versus Sandviks premium offering.
Monitor market technology competitors and supplier developments.
Coordinationin global matrixorganisation
Location
The role is based in China and requires frequent presence in the Jinan factory. Frequent domestic and international travel is also part of the role.
Your profile
You bring extensive leadership experience from the mining and/or infrastructure equipment industry together with strong commercial acumen and aproventrack recordin business growth strategy operating model and process development.Yourecomfortable working across Chinese and Western business cultures and in matrix organizations.You hold adegree in Engineering or Economics;additionalqualifications are an advantage and communicate fluently in English and Chinese verbally and in writing.
Success in this role comes fromastrategictransformational and collaborativeapproach.High integrityand strong stakeholder managementenable you to buildalignment across divisions partners and markets.
