岗位职责

1 负责各类不动产资产的评估工作如CMBSREITs等资产证券化产品的底层资产评估以及企业境内外上市收购并购财务报告审计参考融资交易内部参考等不同用途的评估
2 随时跟踪市场及政策方面的最新动态
3 通过开发/维护现有客户关系协助公司赢得新的客户和商机

经验要求

1 具备丰富的CMBSREITs等资产证券化相关评估工作经验熟悉房地产估价规范熟练掌握房地产估价原理与方法
2 有房地产估价师资产评估师RICS等相关资格证书者优先

3 重点本科或研究生以上学历拥有房地产/资产评估及相关专业背景优先
4 具备基础的英语听说读写能力
5 具备较强的沟通学习协调能力具有团队合作精神责任心强
