• 负责生产压出机台操作员培训完成主管当日交代生产任务不断学习操作技能维护好操作设备机台发现任何产品异常和设备故障需要立即汇报主管对简单设备维护需要自己操作配合质量人员维护公司产品质量完成每日信息化平台生产任务提交完成设备OEE%数据输入
• 完成维护好工作现场较高的5S和可视化管理标准设备点检5S点检

组织本班人员开展日常点检培训和班会

1. Understand and ensure all activities in compliance with the Corporate HSE&S policy related Standards and Guidance Notes

理解并确保工作符合总部的HSE&S方针标准和指导意见

1. Participate training & familiar with site HSE procedures/work instructions and ensure all process and activities in full compliance with them

参加培训并掌握公司的HSE程序作业指导书并且确保所有流程和工作完全符合

1. Participate in the companys initiatives(LSRBBS etc.) actively to improve HSE Management Systems

1. Coordinate with the relevant department on reworking of slow moving and obsolete stock

• Proficient in the production process of powder coatings (dry mixing melting extrusion tabletting fine grinding sieving and packaging). Master the application and management of PDCA and 5S methods.精通粉末涂料生产工艺流干混熔融挤出压片细粉碎过筛包装掌握 PDCA5S现场运用和管理
• Be able to understand the product formula and physical property table. Understand the requirements of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (if it involves automotive powder) systems.能看懂产品配方及物性表了解ISO 9001及IATF 16949若涉及汽车粉体系要求
• Have basic data analysis skills (in Excel or MES system).具备基础的数据分析能力Excel或MES系统
