Job Responsibilities
制定并优化设施各类设备的日常运维及预防性维保方案监督相关行政数据统计工作按制度规范落地执行
深度排查设备故障分析故障根源制定专业维修方案指导设备拆解配件更换组装调试等作业熟练运用设备技术手册及各类技术资料
对外协作业人员进行管理现场监督与技术指导保障各项作业安全合规高效完成
定期向维修主管汇报工作进度技术难点及设备运行状况
参与各类会议并提出专业意见包括但不限于生产会议维保会议变更管理会议安全会议项目会议持续改进会议及高危作业专题会议
依托持续改进体系CI/ALPS及日常运营管理牵头推进各项优化改善工作
为生产人员开展专业技术培训与指导完善预防性维保细则并监督执行提升设备综合效率与运行稳定性
梳理研究并推动维保作业流程标准化牵头落实优化自主维保体系
负责相关业务系统的技术升级故障排查功能优化及日常技术维护
收集分析汇总设备运维数据梳理运行规律与潜在问题编制专业维保分析报告
熟知并严格遵守公司厂区实验室各项规章制度与行为准则执行健康安全环境HSE及产品安全与合规PSRA相关标准规范
完成公司及上级交办的其他技术管理类工作
Experience
机械电气机电一体化等相关专业本科及以上学历能力优秀者可放宽至大专
三年及以上工业设备机电设备维修工程师相关工作经验具备生产线设备维保故障排查设备改造相关经验者优先
具备扎实的机电专业技术能力可独立研判设备复杂故障独立完成设备维修调试性能优化及技改工作工作严谨负责能承受项目攻坚设备抢修等工作压力
持有低压/高压电工证电焊工证设备运维工程师证等相关专业资质证书熟悉行业安全操作规范持证上岗具备特种设备维保资质者优先
具备优秀的跨部门沟通问题复盘及统筹协调能力拥有较强的自主学习和技术迭代能力可快速适配新设备新技术的运维工作能够梳理维保标准输出技术方案
良好的英语技能听说读写能力优先
