Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities

确保在维修工作中一致广泛地使用最佳实践
开发执行和/或管理工厂的工程项目以满足适当的效率时间范围预算质量和利益相关者满意度
管理和监督维修服务工作并确保充分的合同管理包括承包商选择/入职/监督/验证等
制定并推动工厂维修计划和维修单MN以确保工艺设备和工厂基础设施的可靠性
识别绩效改善机会以提升整体维修工作流程降低成本提高效率
领导制定部门年度预算持续监督绩效与预算的偏差采取必要行动以实现承诺的结果
与团队共同决定消除绩效障碍的优先级例如可靠性和成本降低过程
评估团队成员技能水平给予必要的培训或启动招聘需求确保团队成员技能得到最佳发挥
指导并发展团队成员并使其对交付工作成果负责
根据标准化ALPS工作流程执行工作内容持续推动改进
监督和管理工程部的工作安全和执行BBS观察以及其他安全管理工作
完成公司或上级安排的其他工作
Experience
本科或以上学历机电类工程类相关专业为佳
具备丰富的设备维护知识具备制造业设备维护的实践经验
熟悉自动化设备诸如灌装线机器人等设备熟悉质量性能改进流程
具备团队管理能力能有效运用基本的管理技能例如辅导绩效管理变革管理等
工作认真负责具有团队合作精神
英语听说读写优秀
