Job Summary

Job Description:

Bank Relationship Management

Developing & maintaining relationships with the banking partners (CMB/BOA) including leading regular bank meetings annual bank evaluation and KYC process.
Actively join bank seminar/conference to get up-to-date knowledge and market information/practice as well as share back to associates of BUs.

Account Management

Be responsible for the announcement and governance of Bank Account/E-Account Management Policy/SOP.
Maintain bank records including the authorization matrix authorized signatories and other information of the company while having personnel turnover and other changes (CMB/BOA).
Implement account opening account closing and maintenance with the banks (CMB/BOA) and e-platforms (RC).
Work with the banks (CMB/BOA)/e-commerce team to support SFO/BU to solve account or transaction related issues.

Financing Activities

Develop and maintain annual credit line review with the banking partners (CMB/BOA).
Support new investment (incl. capitalization) and organizational restructure (e.g. CHC set up) from funding and cashflow perspective.
