About the job:
1Responsible for daily payments & reimbursement through E-banking
2Responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and meet the deadline
3Validate required documents by bank for checks bank guarantee FX payments dividend and etc.
4Monitor Cash-pool daily basis and prepare account statement for different subsidiaries
5Prepare for monthly bank reconciliation and perform monthly petty cash count
6 Prepare for monthly cash forecast
7Prepare for account analysis of job related account.
8Liaison with the bank SAFE for all banking related issue
9Bank account management maintain and update signatories and bank specimen
10 Coordinate and dealing with internal & external audits
11Participation of projects on financial system process improvement and optimization
12Ad hoc tasks / projects assigned by reported manager
What you know:
1College education or above in Accounting or related.
21-3 years working experiences in Accounting Dept. experience in working with multinational company will be preferred.
3Good command of spoken & written English.
4Proficiency with E-banking ERP system and MS Office suite
5Well knowledge in Import/Export processes & SAFE regulations
6Good team player with positive outlook and can work under pressure
