Transport & Trade Procurement Expert (APAC)

At the heart of every great customer experience is a seamless supply chain. Were looking for a Transport & Trade Procurement Expert (APAC) to help us unlock smarter more sustainable ways of moving our products in the APAC countries.

As a Transport & Trade Procurement Expert you will lead end-to-end procurement across a diverse and dynamic APAC (Australia New Zealand the Greater China Japan Korea Malaysia Singapore Philippines Vietnam India).

Youll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to secure the right suppliers optimize contracts and drive value while enabling efficient resilient and more sustainable logistics operations.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes from requirement definition to contract finalization.
• Translate business needs into sourcing strategies aligned with category cost and sustainability targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate suppliers shape solutions and support decision-making.
• Drive impactful negotiations and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Present sourcing recommendations and influence key decisions.
• Ensure compliance with governance ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market analysis benchmarking and supplier performance management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational excellence and sustainability impact.

Qualifications :

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for someone who is  

• Strong experience in logistics procurement and complex negotiations
• Deep understanding of transport sourcing supplier management and compliance standards
• Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Solid analytical and financial skills with a focus on value creation
• Experience in multi-market or APAC sourcing environments
• A structured yet flexible approach with a drive for continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly
• Additional languages such as Japanese or Korean are a plus
