Training Assistant

Key responsibilities核心职责

1.商业培训业务运营支持

项目执行负责学习项目的沟通组织落地实施及线上/线下培训的现场运营管理

培训落地负责场地布置设备调试及物料准备确保现场执行无误

费用支持协助处理培训预算费用统计票据整理及报销事宜

评估总结组织设计满意度调查回收问卷完成基础数据整理并提供总结

2. 商业培训相关信息库管理

数据管理负责培训计划记录及相关文档的维护确保数据的准确性与完整性

培训相关人才基础信息人员能力评估人才匹配相关资料

维护培训供应商信息管理产品培训相关资料报价与费用金额信息

3. 其他行政支持

负责PO采购流程操作与权限维护外部供应商沟通确保交付

承担团队日常行政支持落实主管交办的其他培训运营相关工作

Qualifications任职资格

本科及以上学历5年以上培训运营项目协调相关工作经验具备培训业务理解基础优先

优秀跨部门沟通协调能力能够对接多方业务团队推进事项落地

高度的保密意识能够妥善处理人员评估人才发展供应商费用等各类敏感信息

熟悉企业采购PO流程有系统流程操作经验熟练使用Office办公软件

严谨细致有较强统筹梳理能力能够同时处理多项并行事务
