负责全国渠道产品首营资料核对盖章整理扫描归档快递发运等 统一管理纸质 / 电子资料规范归档备份便于团队调取 协助部门日常内勤资料收发等交办工作

任职要求

本科及以上在校生专业不限 极度细心有耐心沉稳踏实能接受长期重复性文件整理工作不浮躁 熟练使用 Office会基础表格整理PDF 处理 严谨自律有保密意识执行力强服从工作安排 每周出勤4 天实习 3 个月及以上稳定优先
