TMS Lead Design EngineerPS-TS
Job Summary
- Concept Design: Responsible for the conceptual design of HPU (Hydraulic Power Unit) and FTU (Fluid Thermal Unit) including requirements breakdown and component matching.
- Component Ownership: In charge of the design of coolant manifolds refrigerant manifolds and tanks.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal management solutions into customer projects
Qualifications :
Onsite Collaboration: The successful candidate will work onsite at UAES as part of a joint development team (Bosch & UAES) focusing on thermal management modules.
Customer Application: The team collaboratively develops a base design and directly applies it within customer projects.
Global Responsibility: Following an initial onboarding and development phase the expert assumes full ownership of their technical domain an supports an international team in deploying solutions across global regions.
Technical Ownership: Overall technical target responsibility resides with Bosch GmbH Germany PS-TS/EPH.
Candidate Profile: Background & Experience
Education: Holds a degree in Energy Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in thermal management product development.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiar with the selection and application of thermal management sub-components including interface design and compatibility.
Familiar with thermal management system architectures typical requirements and performance specifications.
Familiar with testing and validation methodologies for thermal management systems.
Soft Skills: Strong logical reasoning skills a goal- and results-driven mindset and a steep learning curve.
Communication: Outgoing and collaborative communication style.
Languages: Proficient in English as a working language (spoken and written). German is a plus.
Hardworking and able to endure hardship.
