Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join Operation Team in Tianjin reporting to Plant Director directly.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Draw up monthly/annual preventive maintenance plan and monitor implements status. Ensure scheduled preventive maintenance jobs are carried out constantly monitor and update PM procedures so as to adapt to the continuous product require
  • Supervising the mechanical and electrical engineers provide the necessary support for the installation of production equipment mechanical parts and services required for implementation of projects
  • According to organization require be responsible for making & optimizing usual spare parts plan monitor & feedback the manufacture parts with purchasing time
  • Organize & collect the relevant maintenance records in time. Making the monthly report including analyzing all of the maintenance data statistics and make the action plan to improve machine reliability
  • Support maintenance supervisor in managing the maintenance team in all maintenance activities especially breakdown repairs preventive maintenance and implementation of equipment improvements
  • Monitor and control maintenance consumable and energy/water expenses and take all necessary actions to minimize such expenses.
  • Obey to company and departments the other demand & plan
  • Comply with the requirements of the Work Safety Law of the China for the post and the companys relevant post safety requirements and responsibilities

Who we are looking for

  • Basic Knowledge of Cable manufacturing related machineries
  • Good at English as language skills
  • SAP system experience will be preferred
  • Good at Microsoft office software
