Job Description:

设备销售经理TM岗位职责

开拓电生理设备空白市场负责电生理部门设备及维保的招投标及销售工作与销售团队配合突破重点医院的设备销售发掘潜力设备经销商建立设备渠道网络与目标区域的非临客户建立良好合作对设备渠道进行日常管理对渠道进行设备软件等产品培训区域内销售团队设备培训提升一线销售的设备销售能力其他相关工作

岗位要求

具有至少两年的医疗中大型设备相关领域经验具有超声机DSA等心内科中大型设备经验的优先具有非临客户拜访经验能够清晰判别关键决策人具备经销商管理能力特别是设备经销商管理能力具备较强的团队合作能力和主观能动性
