岗位职责

• 负责厂务类电力设施设备的预防性维护保养包括配电箱空调系统给排水系统照明系统
• 负责现场项目改造及装修工程的查验交接及遗留工程整改跟进等工作
• 负责专用消防安防弱电含会议系统的正常运行
• 协助设备供应商的定期维保及突发维修的工作安排
• 做好运行记录及维修记录整理好相关的工程文档
• 工程主管安排的其他工作

岗位要求

• 3年以上相关厂务维修及运行工作经验
• 持有电工上岗操作证
• 工作积极主动具有良好的服务意识
• 良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力
