Job Description

岗位职责
1. 负责支持销售团队达成高通量测序分子生物学服务基因编辑等业务线的销售目标
2. 与业务部门和销售经理紧密合作通过实用信息和工具为客户提供技术咨询和方案建议
3. 参与重要客户的技术沟通和方案设计负责给客户提供强大的专业支持和技术能力展示
4. 开展支持业务线的业绩回顾及销售策略的辅助制定为市场团队提供最新的竞品分析和产品趋势分析

任职资格
1. 生物化学细胞生物学或分子生物学相关领域硕士及以上学历 博士学位优先
2. 精通NGS或代谢组至少2年以上在生命科学生物技术生物医药行业有销售或支持的工作经验
3. 具备较强的分析解决问题能力和较强的市场洞察能力
4. 有良好沟通能力及跨部门合作能力有团队精神能适应不定时工作及出差
5. 具有良好的演讲技巧和技术能够以英语和汉语进行口头或书面交流

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets for business lines including high-throughput sequencing molecular biology services and gene editing.
• Collaborate closely with business units and sales managers to provide technical consultation and solution recommendations to clients using practical information and tools.
• Participate in technical communications and solution design for key clients delivering strong professional support and demonstrating technical capabilities.
• Conduct performance reviews for supported business lines and assist in formulating sales strategies while providing the marketing team with up-to-date competitive analysis and product trend insights.

Job Qualifications:

• Masters degree or above in Biochemistry Cell Biology Molecular Biology or related fields; a Ph.D. is preferred.
• Proficient in NGS or metabolomics with at least 2 years of experience in sales or support roles within the life sciences biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industries.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and market insight capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills a team player and ability to adapt to irregular working hours and business travel.
• Strong presentation and technical skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Chinese.
