Role: Tech Manager

Site Location: No. 999 Middle Huaihai Road Xuhui District Shanghai China 200031

Technical role supporting PCS/MOM infrastructure across APAC. Requires plant infrastructure experience and where possible networking skills.

Job Description:

Provide day-to-day technical support for plant/OT infrastructure supporting PCS and MOM/MES environments.

Troubleshoot Windows Server Virtualization workstations & endpoint issues

coordinating resolution with relevant support teams and vendors.

Investigate connectivity issues involving TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs and basic switch

and network configurations.

Coordinate incident resolution problem investigation and infrastructure changes in

alignment with plant operational requirements.

Work with plant operations vendors and cybersecurity teams to address

infrastructure issues and support requirements.

Communicate technical issues support updates and handover information in

Mandarin Chinese and professional English.

Maintain technical documentation troubleshooting records and operational

handover materials.

Support remote-site troubleshooting and virtualization-related activities where

applicable.

Support plant outages or maintenance related activities.

Plant floor networking and other related documentations.

Assist with project related activities as needed

Required Skills:

Technical project management experience Developing maintaining and tracking integrated project plans Milestone schedule resource and deliverable management Cross-functional coordination across infrastructure applications cybersecurity plant operations and engineering teams Third-party vendor and supplier coordination RAID management covering risks assumptions issues dependencies decisions and actions Facilitating project meetings working sessions governance reviews and stakeholder updates Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English Project status reporting and stakeholder communication Monitoring delivery progress and identifying schedule or scope deviations Driving corrective actions issue resolution and escalations Managing technical dependencies across Plant IT/OT PCS MOM/MES networks servers cloud security and applications Understanding of IT and operational technology environments Knowledge of industrial plant operations and engineering technology workstreams Experience coordinating complex multi-workstream technical programs Infrastructure network server cloud cybersecurity and enterprise application knowledge Vendor stakeholder and governance management Availability to work in Shanghai China
