• 负责技工工作的指导职场内设施设备的维护保养及其他工程事宜

岗位具体内容

• 根据管辖设备技术要求和相关规范要求制定设备设施的监控程序并组织实施
• 根据上级指示及维护方案制定周月工作计划并组织实施及时向值班工程师汇报实施进度或结果或存在问题
• 负责管辖系统维护及公共设施维修所需零配件或材料的申购及初核
• 定期组织技术员对管辖设备设施进行全面安全运行检查和处理并记录存档
• 负责收集整理管辖系统的技术资料并协助系统工程师建立系统资料档案
• 负责电力设施设备的预防性维护保养包括配电箱空调系统给排水系统照明系统
• 负责客户项目改造及装修工程的查验交接及遗留工程整改跟进等工作
• 负责专用消防安防弱电含会议系统的正常运行
• 协助设备供应商的定期维保及突发维修的工作安排
• 整理设施设备的资料图纸收集和突发事件的应急处置及接管区域巡查管理工作
• 检查小组技术人员对设备状态的运行记录维修保养记录设备履历等技术档案的收集整理归档工作
• 组织召开班组工作会议和针对管辖系统设备特点运行实况组织各类技术研讨交流会议
• 协助工程主管完成工程技术工作和其它交办的事务

• 4年以上相关物业维修或运行工作经验其中1年以上团队管理经验有大型高端物业服务经验者优先考虑
• 持有电工上岗操作证有制冷操作证者优先考虑
• 工作积极主动具有良好的服务意识
• 良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力
• 能承受岗位上的工作压力
