The MiningAccountManagerprovideson-sitetechnicalsupport andisessential tosustaincircuitstabilityrecoveryreagentperformancesafetycompliance andcustomersatisfaction

Providescritical capability to diagnose and resolve operational issues across leaching clarification SX stripping and electrowinning to run audits and trials and to deliver clear action plans and training that protect existing revenue and prevent product displacement.

Wecount onyoufor:

Provideon-site andremotetechnicalsupport to new andexistingcustomersincopperhydrometallurgyand solvent extractionoperations.

Supporthydrometallurgicalcopperproduction circuitsincludingleaching clarification solvent extraction strippingelectrowinningandassociatedreagentsystems.

Analyze plant andlaboratorydataidentifyperformance gaps andrecommendpracticalactions toimproveSX-EWstabilityrecovery phaseseparationreagentperformanceimpuritycontrol andoverallprocessefficiency.

Conductchemicalandphysicalaudits of solvent extractionunitsat mine/customersiteswithparticularattention tosafetyreagenthandling plant operating practices andcustomerpriorities.

Coordinateandexecutelaboratorybench-scaleandfieldtestworktoidentifyappropriateSyensqoapplications and supportproductselectionor troubleshooting.

Preparecleartechnicalreportspresentationsandaction plansforcustomersSyensqotechnicalteamsand commercial stakeholders.

Traincustomerteamsonproductuse processfundamentalssafetypractices and performanceimprovementopportunitiesincludingtrainingdeliveredin MandarinChinesewhenrequired.

Support commercialteamsin the introduction qualification and adoption of new andexistingchemistriesfor theminingindustry.

Translatecustomerneedsintotechnicalrecommendationsand helpidentifyunmetneeds innovationopportunitiesandcontinuousimprovementprojects.

CollaboratewithChina-basedstakeholdersincludingcustomerheadquarters engineering contactsprocurementortechnicalteams asrequired.

Maintainstrict compliancewithsafetyhealthandenvironment(SHE)qualitycustomer site andregulatoryrequirements.

Core conditions of therole

Primaryworklocation :Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)supportingminingcustomersandregionalsolvent extractionoperations.

Theroleishighlyfield-based. Thesuccessfulcandidate mustbewillingtospendmostworkingtime in the DRC and tocompleteextendedassignmentsat mine/customersites.

On-siteresidencemayberequiredincompany/customer-approvedaccommodation at ornearaChinese-ownedminingoperationduringDRCassignments.

Periodicworkin Chinaisexpectedfortechnicalalignmentcustomerinterface trainingproductqualification and coordinationwithChina-basedstakeholders.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English and strong copper hydrometallurgy/SX-EW knowledge are mandatory.
