主要职责

配合主管落实执行下述内容

1. 面向园区的办公人员等提供设施相关的现场客户服务及工单处理

2. 负责区域内电力空调照明安防弱电含会议给排水等系统的正常运行

3. 检查及巡检验收设备设施的运行情况报告运行故障和维修结果

4. 负责处理建筑设备设施及外围应急维修

5. 协调设备供应商的现场整改工作

6. 根据设备的维护保养计划进行日常的操作和维护监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作

7. 负责记录设备系统的运行工况维修保养设备履历等

要求

1. 仪表端庄举止大方态度中肯

2. 具有低压电工上岗证有高压电工证优先有制冷与空调作业上岗证优先

3. 会电脑操作办公软件使用优先

4. 具有电工操作中央空调设备操作锅炉操作等综合维修工作经验3年以上

5. 中技以上学历

6. 有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力能看懂专业图纸者优先

7. 具有积极主动地工作精神善于发现问题妥善完成额外的现场工作

8. 能适应12小时制翻班
