Who you are:

• Secure Kanban system run well meet order demand of SU and overseas internal customer with good quality and DOT.
• Understand and use ALPS tool very well secure whole organization in good management and execution.

About the job:

• Know all production process product and document well including plates regcognition process and cycle time bottleneck and capacity and related tracibility record.
• Know Kanban system running principle secure its running smooth and stable not only meet order demand but also good efficiency.
• Inventory management including coils and plates daily review stocktaking activities release clear and complete instruction to TLs and MHs.
• Document control including process technical template table.
• Skilled on ALPS tools including 4 priority complete CSB process 5S TPM PRP SOP and so on.
• Team management including behavior development execution strengthen effective performance appraisal evaluation and setup.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly report.
• Production data analysis.

What you know:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Relevant Leadership and management skills.
• Above 3 years of experience from production/manufacturing company.
• Experience from improvement tools e g 5S Six Sigma Kaizen. Certified GB is plus.
• Project work experience is a plus.
