Supply Chain Operation Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Direct purchase of NN products from internal suppliers including NN HQ and Site Tianjin maintenance of purchasing document/records.
• Purchasing related documents preparation and documentation
• Supporting on customs clearance of imported products
• Inventory planning and optimization
• Proceed purchase return
• Supporting on quality audit documents update and feedback quality issue to related functions

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above
• Major in Pharmacy Medicine Chemistry or Biology is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Experience in order management direct purchasing import operations or related data processing is preferred
• Familiarity with GSP GMP and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations is a plus
