Supply Chain Manager, Amazon Private Brands Global Sourcing

The Amazon Private Brands team is looking for a passionate analytical and resourceful person to deliver a best-in-class strategy spanning Supply Chain Planning and Operations to support our rapidly expanding portfolio of products that are designed to meet our customers everyday needs across B2B and B2C. The role spans Global Supply Chain Planning and Operations and is the cornerstone of our supplier interactions.
To succeed you must possess the ability to plan and operate from a global and company-wide perspective quickly learn operations to understand key metrics and gain proficiency with Amazon systems. You own defining measuring and executing the goals of your business and will be expected to identify opportunities that drive projects to improve buying systems/processes surface and resolve defects reduce waste/cost and improve overall efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
Lead capacity forecast modelling and ordering flow development ensuring that we have the right footprint to support our marketplace partners.
Analyzing planning gaps/deviations and translate them into actionable items to improve future plans;
Put innovation to work drive automated solutions across our supply chain network to reduce our inventory holding position store inventory in lowest cost centers increase inventory turns and mitigate overstock risks.
Supply Chain business process optimization and conduct program evaluation toward tech solutions;
Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders both verbally and in writing.
Participate in global operational and production planning initiatives and project roll outs to cater to growing business needs

- 5 years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product program or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL MSAccess Tableau Essbase or Cognos)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines
