How youll make an impact

1. You will plan and organize supplier process audit for existing suppliers work with sourcing & product engineering departments for the new supplier qualification and low performance suppliers de-sourcing.

2. You will support in supplier quality data collection (ppm SPC audit finding etc) and analysis to address low performance suppliers for improvement. Support PQE for critical quality issue resolution.

3. You will support in supplier key process and key raw material quality control to mitigate quality risk including new critical suppliers and newly localized critical components.

4. You will introduce IT tools to suppliers for quality process management 5M1E change management Traceability Major quality processes optimization.

5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelors degree or above electrical mechanical or electronic engineering is preferred.

2. At least 5 years working experience as supplier quality management.

3. Quality tools knowledge and application skills PPAP SPC FMEA MSA.

4. Familiar with stamping machining PCBA manufacturing and assembly process quality requirements test specification and failure analysis.

5. Very good personnel communication skills both with internal and external.

6. Very good logic thinking problem-solving & collaborating skills.

7. Good Japaneseskill (speaking writing etc.).
