Key Responsibilities / 主要工作职责

1. Accounts Payable Management

应付账款管理

• Manage and oversee vendor invoice verification and payment processes.
• Review supplier contracts and payment terms to ensure compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate AP postings in SAP and operational systems.
• Monitor vendor aging and payment schedules.
• Support resolution of payment disputes and operational issues.
• 负责供应商账单审核及付款流程管理
• 审核供应商合同及付款条款确保合规性
• 确保SAP及业务系统中的AP入账准确及时
• 监控供应商账龄及付款计划
• 协调处理付款争议及运营相关问题

2. Month-end Closing & Financial Reporting

月结与财务报告

• Lead month-end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review accruals prepayments open items and expense postings.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and supporting analysis.
• Ensure financial data accuracy and completeness.
• 主导月末关账工作及资产负债表余额核对
• 审核预提费用待摊费用及未清项管理
• 编制资产负债表科目明细及相关分析报告
• 确保财务数据准确完整

3. Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

税务合规与申报

• Oversee VAT stamp duty and corporate income tax filing processes.
• Review input/output VAT reconciliations and tax analyses.
• Liaise with tax authorities regarding tax audits and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
• 负责增值税印花税及企业所得税申报管理
• 审核进销项税额匹配及税务分析工作
• 对接税务机关开展税务协查及税务稽查工作
• 确保税务工作符合当地法规及集团要求

4. Fixed Assets & Banking Administration

固定资产及银行管理

• Supervise fixed asset registration depreciation and disposal processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions.
• Support banking operations and account maintenance.
• 负责固定资产登记折旧计提及处置管理
• 执行银行对账及资金交易监控
• 支持银行账户维护及相关银行业务管理

5. Team Leadership & Process Improvement

团队管理与流程优化

• Manage and coach AP team members.
• Review team workload KPIs and operational performance.
• Develop and implement finance SOPs and process improvements.
• Provide finance guidance to operations and business stakeholders.
• 管理和指导AP团队成员
• 负责团队工作分配KPI管理及绩效提升
• 推动财务流程优化及SOP建设
• 向运营团队及业务部门提供财务支持与专业建议

6. Audit & Compliance Support

审计与合规支持

• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Prepare audit documentation and supporting schedules.
• Support customer financial due diligence and tender projects.
• 协调内外部审计工作
• 准备审计资料及支持性文件
• 参与客户审计及投标项目财务支持工作

Qualifications / 任职要求

Education

学历要求

• Full-time Bachelors degree or above in Accounting Finance Economics or related disciplines.
• 全日制本科及以上学历会计学财务管理金融学或相关专业

Experience

工作经验

• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• At least 3 years of finance management experience in the logistics freight forwarding transportation or supply chain industry.
• Experience in multinational companies is highly preferred.
• 8年以上财务工作经验
• 其中不少于3年物流货代运输或供应链行业财务管理经验
• 具有跨国企业工作经验者优先

Professional Skills

• Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable General Ledger Taxation and Month-end Closing.
• Strong understanding of logistics business processes and financial controls.
• Familiarity with Chinese tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
• Advanced data analysis and reconciliation skills.

• 熟悉中国税务法规及财税政策
• 熟练使用SAP或其他ERP系统以及Excel等办公软件

• CPA ACCA CMA or other professional accounting qualifications.
• Experience in multinational corporations.
• Team management experience with 3 direct reports.
