RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Business Planning

• Support BU Head in defining mid- to long-term BU strategy and annual business plans
• Lead strategic analysis business insights and performance tracking
• Interpret global strategy into actionable China plans

Operations & Execution Governance

• Establish BU governance frameworks including planning cadence KPI and review mechanisms
• Track execution progress and drive accountability across functions
• Identify risks and drive mitigation actions

Cross-functional & Cross-market Alignment

• Drive collaboration across commercial medical access and other key functions
• Serve as key interface with global stakeholders ensuring clear articulation of China insights
• Facilitate alignment between China IBU and other global teams

Strategic Initiatives & Project Leadership

• Lead key BU strategic initiatives and transformation projects
• Ensure alignment of priorities and resource allocation
• Support critical decision-making through data-driven insights

Lead or Support Strategic Priorities as Required

QUALIFICATIONS

Level of Education

Masters degree or above

Working Experience in Relevant Field

15 years pharmaceutical experience with exposure to strategy marketing or BU operations
