Key Responsibilities

Business Diagnostics

• Continuously track and analyze market intelligence within targeted therapeutic areas
• Generate internal and external monthly/quarterly data analysis reports
• Periodically update strategic content in alignment with business cycles; Support the drafting of Business Plans
• Support or manage market research projects to inform strategic decision-making

Operational Excellence

• Coordinate and facilitate OBU Regular Business Reviews
• Organize BU internal activities and cross-functional workshops
• Govern key strategic projects to ensure smooth communication and effective execution
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve complex issues and foster innovative problem-solving approaches

Opportunity Evaluation

• Evaluate the potential of new indications and pipeline assets including target patient populations competitive landscape and resource requirements
• Formulate strategic options incorporating cross-functional inputs into robust analysis and business case modeling
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials and executive briefings to secure support and alignment from relevant Global departments

Qualifications & Requirements

• Masters degree or above; consulting or trainee working experience
• Strong logical and strategic thinking with high data sensitivity
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate internal and external teams
• Excellent oral and written English & Mandarin
• Solid skills in data analysis Excel modeling and PowerPoint
