Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Procurement: Manageexecuteand oversee the purchasing processes of Voith Hydro. This includes the RFQ process supplierselectionand contract negotiation in line with our global and regional category strategies.
• Global Category Strategy Development and Implementation:
  • Purchase orders are executed in time budgetqualityand specification. Budgets are fully aligned with projectorganization
  • Delivery schedules aremonitoredand delivery reliability is ensured in collaboration with Expediting.
  • Supportthe complete PO lifecycle. This includes changes to scope and contract after the PO has been placed as well as negotiating claims and other contractual deviations.
• Supplier Management:Supplier performance is closelymonitoredand managed in collaboration withheadof RSCO RCM or GCM.
• Optimization of Purchasing Processes: Continuously improving our purchasing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Using purchasing software and other tools for process optimization.
• Budget Management and Cost Control: Manage purchase orderbudgetin collaboration with PPM and implement cost-saving measures

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience of procurrent in machinery industry fresh graduates are also welcome
• Workable English skill both in speaking and writing
• Bachelors degree or above in Science or Engineering
• Ability to read engineering drawings
