Job Summary
Role Overview
In this role you will be part of the Greater China Presidents Office serving as a strategy planner for the GC leadership team.
The position is responsible for driving market intelligence strategic planning and M&A analysis including market modeling growth opportunity assessment target evaluation and strategic investment support.
The role works closely with BU leaders Finance Strategy and Global teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support executive decision-making business growth and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GC market models and market intelligence frameworks to support strategic planning business growth and investment decisions.
- Analyze market opportunities competitive dynamics growth drivers industry trends emerging technologies across China and outbound business segments generating actionable insights to support executive decision-making
- Support VPs in preparing Global& Regional QBRs MBRs management presentations and external-facing materials through business analysis and strategic insights.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on market assumptions demand outlooks and business priorities across regional and global stakeholders.
- Support mergers & acquisitions assessments strategic initiatives and special projects through market analysis due diligence coordination and executive-level reporting.
- Prepare meeting minutes track action items and drive follow-through to ensure timely execution of key business decisions.Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by VPs and the GC Presidents Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above in Business Finance Economics Engineering or related fields.
- 25 years of experience in strategy consulting finance investment or business analysis roles. Experience with M&A will be a plus.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking capability with good communication and coordination skills; able to work with multiple functions and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for working with Global teams.
- Proactive self-driven and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong ownership mindset.
- Strong analytical data interpretation and critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage AI tools to generate actionable insights and support strategic planning and decision-making.
