Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
Act as central interface for assigned suppliers in the electronics / electromechanics commodity ensuring strong cross-functional alignment with DC plants and internal stakeholders
Lead international price negotiations contract management and capacity planning; make and document sourcing decisions
Drive cost optimization initiatives (ratio projects) and perform cost structure analyses to derive sustainable measures
Contribute to the development and execution of supplier and part family strategies
Ensure supplier performance by supporting quality logistics and risk management topics
Conduct supplier scouting and build supply market intelligence to identify opportunities innovations and risks with focus on electronics in Asia Pacific
Qualifications :
Your Profile
Proven experience in strategic purchasing ideally within electronics / electromechanics or comparable technical commodities
Strong expertise in supplier management sourcing strategies and commercial negotiations
Sound understanding of cost structures supply chains and capacity management
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a structured and results-driven approach
Skills & Competencies
Negotiation & communication: Strong negotiation skills in an international environment; confident stakeholder management across functions and management levels
Analytical capability: Ability to translate complex data and market intelligence into actionable strategies
Personal strengths: High level of ownership proactivity and decision-making capability
Collaboration: Experience working in matrix organizations and global teams; strong intercultural competence
Digital skills: Solid knowledge of procurement tools (e.g. SAP e-sourcing platforms) and advanced Excel/data analysis skills
