基本要求
主导基于 LLM/多模态模型的 Multi-Agent 系统架构设计与核心开发涵盖长周期托管型 Agent沙箱执行环境分层上下文管理持久化存储及 Function Calling 编排等核心工程问题
具备复杂 Agent/RAG 系统从方案设计到线上落地的端到端交付经验
熟悉 MemoryLong ContextPlanningTool Use 等前沿方向能快速完成论文到工程的转化落地
熟悉一种以上AI开发框架 包括 LangChain/LangGraph/Deerflow/Claude Code/Hermes 等主流 Agent 框架具备高并发高可用的后端架构设计能力
熟练掌握 Java/Python具备大规模分布式系统设计与上线经验理解异步并发幂等限流等工程基础对代码质量与系统可维护性有较高要求
良好的工程架构基本功 对常见的设计模式有深入的理解 有一定的开源框架源码源码能力
