Staff Application Engineer (Inductor Process )

• 设计用于 CPU/GPU/xPU 核心供电以及 AI 服务器电源应用的新型高电流高功率密度电源模块电感
• 负责磁性元件设计包括材料选择饱和电流DCR交流/直流损耗磁芯损耗铜损热性能以及机械集成等方面的权衡与优化
• 支持电感制造工艺开发包括磁性材料制备导体成型层压/共烧模压固化/烧结端电极镀层检验以及可靠性控制等流程
• 与供应商及工厂合作支持样品制作小批量试产工艺优化良率提升以及量产导入
• 开展电磁仿真和热仿真用于电感设计磁通分布损耗评估温升分析以及模块级热耦合分析必要时支持结构仿真
• 将仿真结果与实验测试数据进行关联分析并基于验证结果推动设计和工艺改进
• 编写和审核技术文档设计指南验证报告制造评审文件以及面向客户的技术资料
• 参与新电源模块定义电感技术路线规划可行性研究以及客户技术交流

Qualifications :

• 电气工程电力电子材料科学应用物理或相关专业硕士/本科及以上学历并具备电力电子应用中磁性元件设计的丰富经验
• 必须具备10年以上高电流电感制造实战经验尤其是共烧电感和模压型电感并具备支持工艺开发样品制作小批量试产良率提升以及量产导入的实际能力
• 深入理解电感制造工艺流程关键工艺参数材料特性公差控制工艺能力可靠性风险以及生产失效模式
• 深入理解磁性材料耦合电感饱和特性磁芯损耗铜损热行为机械应力以及可靠性相关设计考虑
• 具备良好的实验室测试和测量能力能够对电感和电源模块进行特性评估包括电感量DCR饱和电流温升效率影响以及波形表现等
• 具备电力电子相关知识者优先
• 熟练使用电磁仿真和热仿真工具熟悉结构仿真及电力电子仿真工具者优先
• 具备良好的沟通能力能够与全球设计团队供应商工厂及客户协同工作英语流利者优先但非必要条件
• 可能需要一定出差主要前往供应商工厂或客户现场
