Staff Application Engineer ( experienced in hardware is required )

我们正在寻找一名具备五年以上研发经验的硬件工程师负责机器人关节控制器灵巧手控制器主控板及相关嵌入式硬件平台的设计与产品化岗位覆盖瑞萨 MCUMPU 或 SoC 平台以及数字/模拟电路电源通信接口传感器和执行机构硬件候选人将参与需求分析器件选型原理图与 PCB 设计样机调试可靠性验证和量产导入并与嵌入式软件结构算法测试及供应链团队协同

1. 负责基于瑞萨 R-CarRZRH850RA 等系列 SoCMPUMCU 的系统板级硬件设计调试与全流程验证
2. 负责机器人控制器关节控制板灵巧手控制板及相关硬件系统的架构设计开发和维护
3. 独立完成基于瑞萨 MCUMPU 或 SoC 的系统板硬件设计与系统测试并编写硬件设计手册
4. 使用 Altium Designer 等工具完成原理图与 PCB 设计并维护相关设计资料
5. 负责编码器IMU力矩/触觉传感器视觉模块电机及其他机器人执行机构的硬件集成
6. 负责工业通信及高速接口硬件设计和联调包括但不限于
   • EtherCAT
   • CAN/CAN-FD
   • Ethernet/TSN
   • USBPCIeMIPI
   • UARTSPII2C 等接口
7. 使用示波器逻辑分析仪万用表电子负载等设备进行根因分析和设计改进

Qualifications :

必备条件

1. 电子工程自动化通信工程测控机器人或相关专业本科及以上学历
2. 五年以上电子产品或嵌入式硬件研发经验具备至少一个产品从设计到量产的完整经历
3. 掌握数字模拟和电源电路能够独立完成原理图设计板级调试及问题闭环
4. 熟悉至少一种 MCUMPU 或 SoC 平台以及常见通信存储电源和传感器电路
5. 熟练使用 Altium Designer 完成原理图设计与 PCB 布局布线
6. 熟练使用常用实验室仪器具备系统化的硬件故障分析和定位能力
7. 具备基础 C/C 能力可编写硬件测试程序或配合 RTOS/Linux 驱动Device Tree 及板级启动调试

优先条件

1. 具有机器人伺服驱动器电机控制器工业控制器或智能设备硬件开发经验
2. 熟悉 DDRPCIeUSBMIPI千兆以太网等高速接口以及多层板和 SI/PI 设计
3. 熟悉复杂电源树电流采样保护电路BLDC/PMSM 驱动及 FOC 相关硬件
4. 熟悉 EtherCATCAN-FD 等工业通信技术
5. 具有 EMC 整改可靠性失效分析器件替代供应商协同或量产问题处理经验

• NVIDIA 相关产品项目经验
• 熟悉嵌入式 LinuxRTOSDevice Tree驱动联调或 ROS/ROS2

• 能够阅读英文芯片手册并具备良好的技术沟通和文档编写能力
