Sr. Supply Chain Manager, Robotics

Its a 2-in-1 role combining the role of a SQE (supplier quality engineer) and experienced supply chain manager as a member of RIVRS Supply Chain and Manufacturing this role firstly you will be responsible for creating a supply pool and engaging suppliers of all robotic relevant commodities ( e.g. diecasting injection molding batteries sensing parts domain controller etc. ) and perform comprehensive supplier quality auditing before supplier nomination providing risk assessment for decision makers. Secondly you will be responsible for establishing supply chain and manufacturing teams daily workflow defining deliverables work processes and integrating the teams needs into ERP and PLM systems. Thirdly you will be responsible for dealing/pushing for solutions with supplier sides issues that arise from the prototyping phase into the volume-production phase. You need to work collaboratively with suppliers to troubleshoot identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancement and production capability scale-up. Fourthly you might very likely need to take the lead for strategic projects with external partnersespecially in the Pam-Asia region coordinating resources externally and internally.

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
