Sr. Supplier Quality Manager, Amazon Private Brands
Job Summary
In this role you will leverage AI and intelligent agents to scale quality programs across a diverse portfolio spanning multiple industries. You will work across the full spectrum of quality from customer experience analytics to supplier manufacturing performance bringing insights back to test optimize and design internal processes that drive meaningful improvements. This is a strategic cross-functional leadership position where you connect customer intelligence supplier performance and engineering innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes at speed.
Key job responsibilities
Analyze customer experience data (Customer Review Ratings Returns feedback signals) to identify quality trends uncover root causes and translate customer insights into actionable improvement strategies across a diverse product portfolio spanning hardlines and consumables
Partner directly with suppliers / manufacturing sites to drive sustained quality and production efficiencies; implement preventive measures and build supplier capabilities that deliver consistent product excellence at scale
Bridge customer and supplier insights to test and optimize internal end-to-end processes; drive systemic improvements that enhance quality outcomes across the entire value chain from sourcing through delivery
Engage global stakeholders across diverse functions; communicate data-driven recommendations and quality strategies that shape business decisions and drive cross-functional alignment
Leverage AI and intelligent agents to design scalable quality solutions automate monitoring and evaluation and amplify your impact across a multi-industry product portfolio; pioneer next-generation quality methodologies tailored for e-commerce at scale
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering material engineering mechanical engineering or related fields
- Experience in auditing risk management compliance program management or quality management systems
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders
- 7 years of working experience in quality management manufacturing or related fields in consumer products e-commerce or related industries
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize customer and operational data into strategic recommendations; creative problem-solving skills
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI/automation tools (e.g. AI agents SQL Python) to scale quality programs and drive operational efficiency
- Familiarity with e-commerce metrics (customer reviews return rates VOC data) and their application to quality strategy
