主要工作职责 :
1. 日常仪器及配套解决方案的维护和维修工作
2. 根据技术手册的要求独立完成安装保养和常见故障排除的工作
3. 不断提高责任客户满意度和忠诚度
4. 收集并反馈客户需求及最新市场动态信息协助相关团队持续优化升级解决方案
5. 充分理解公司的相关服务工作流程并能严格遵照执行
6. 熟练地运用工具例如Rexis和Grips等不断学习和提高维修技能
7. 根据公司服务流程要求及时和准确地更新维修数据
8. 协同应用技术客户服务及其他人员解决问题加快维修进度
9.通过现场调查工程变化和整体产品知识制作服务手册和报告
10. 作为公司和客户沟通的桥梁确保为客户提供有效的服务处理客户投诉
11. 对员工客户及经销商进行安全操作仪器的培训和技巧的展示
12. 协助技术服务部的年度预算
13. 协助经销商的管理零配件的管理
14. 确保维修服务活动符合SHE的要求
15.主管指派的其他任务
16. 遵循罗氏所有合规要求包括但不限于罗氏信息安全罗氏商业中的行为罗氏竞争法互动对话罗氏安全
健康环境等合法合理开展业务活动

基本任职资格:

电子计算机机械专业大专及以上学历
英语说写能力俱佳
熟练应用微软办公软件
3-5年相关工作经验
服务专业知识
计划和组织
以客户为中心及客户关系管理
内部合作协调
产品和运用的专业知识
