Sr. Sales Operation Specialist
Job Summary
Major Responsibilities:
- Collect consolidate and analyze consumer channel sales forecasts; closely track sales achievement and identify enhancement plan.
- Conduct regular competitor monitoring and market landscape analysis including competitor performance key initiatives pricing/promotion trends and channel strategies.
- Analyze market share performance across key consumer channels and ecommerce platforms identify growth opportunities risks and gaps versus competitors and provide actionable insights to sales planning and management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of operational processes across consumer channels.
- Act as a communication bridge between frontline sales teams and management by providing timely feedback on market dynamics execution gaps competitor movements and potential business impacts.
- Support channel budget and resource control by tracking spending monitoring ROI cross Sales/MKT/CX contributing to optimized P&L performance.
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor degree Good English spoken and written skills
Minimum Experience Required:
Sales operation role or data analyst more than 2 years total working experience more than 4 years. Background of OTC nutrition and medical devices is preferred. FMCG/agency background is welcomed as well.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis
Good problem-solving organizational analytical and critical thinking skills
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
