Sr Quality Assurance Engineer

1. 责公司质量保证相关体系及业务的推进确保各项工作符合相关法律法规客户要求及公司质量管理体系要求

2. 策划并实施 ISO9001IATF16949VDA6.3 等内外部审核及客户审核对应工作包括审核准备现场对应问题点跟踪改善措施确认及效果验证

3. 负责客户 CSR 要求识别与跟踪支持客户监查参观及相关品质问题的沟通协调推动跨部门改善并确保按期关闭

4. 推进变更管理相关工作包括变更内容评审风险评估TRA 实施策划过程监控及结果确认

5. 支持 SQE 相关业务推进包括供应商质量审核据点评价问题水平展开定期会议及改善事项跟踪

6. 参与 NPI 新产品或新工艺导入过程中的质量保证工作包括生产线确认过程认定风险识别及质量问题跟进

7. 推动质量改善及质量意识提升活动及相关质量培训

Qualifications :

1. 本科及以上学历质量管理电子机械材料自动化等相关专业 

2. 3年以上制造业质量管理相关工作经验有半导体电子制造或汽车电子行业经验者优先 

3. 熟悉质量管理体系及过程质量控制了解半导体制造相关工艺者优先 

4. 熟悉APQPPPAPFMEASPCMSA8D等质量工具具备问题分析与改善推动能力 

5. 熟悉ISO9001IATF16949等质量体系要求有审核经验或内审员资格者优先 

6. 有责任心具备良好的沟通协调能力团队合作精神及持续改善意识

7. 具有良好的英语听说读写和沟通能力英语可以作为工作语言
