该岗位负责仪器的来料半成品成品的检验按要求完成相关检验记录及检验通过的仪器的放行

协助工程师对不良品及客退品的分析利用PPI方法持续提出对产品质量改进方案

Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)

• According to company quality police consistently inspection raw material and product as role of customer. 根据公司质量方针在最终检验工位代表客户检验原材料及成品
• Follow the inspection working instruction provide accurate and complete description of defective and rejection report release the good product. 根据质量最终检验说明书的要求提供准确完善的不良和拒收报告放行通过产品
• Complete the accurate inspection record. 保持准确完整的检验记录
• Keep monitoring and auditing any nonconformance to the WI Skill metrics etc. communicate with production line and track findings till correction 审核并发现任何与作业指导书和员工技能要求的不一致 并与产线沟通及追踪至不符合项完成纠正
• Assist quality engineer trace back and investigate of in-process/customer complaints defects. 协助工程师追溯及调查生产过程及客户投诉不良品
• Keep monitoring and auditing any nonconformance to the WI Skill metrics etc. 审核并发现任何与作业指导书和员工技能的要求不一致的地方
• According to the PPI tool continue provide the improving suggestion of production and inspection process 使用PPI工具持续对产品生产及检验过程提出改进建议
• Report to quality engineer or line manager for any product quality concern. 向质量工程师或直线经理汇报产品质量问题
• Other line manager assign works. 其他质量经理安排的工作

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)

• College diploma; engineering related background is preferable. 大专学历工程背景优先
• 3 years above experience in manufacturing environment;三年以上制造业经验
• 2 years practical experience in inspection; Familiar with gauges and tools; 2年质检方面经验熟悉测量仪表和工具的应用
• Workable verbal English can write read English Emails. 用英语简单对话能读写英文邮件
• Internal auditor 9001&13485 certified preferred. 内部审计9001&13485证书优先
