Be as a Leader and chairperson of Project Core Team (CT); team representative to senior management.

• 有效管理计划范围和预算三要素确保并协同各职能部门全球其他工作点及外部合作伙伴等达成预期计划

Effectively manage triple constraint of schedule scope & budget to achieve predictable outcomes across functions global sites ext. partners.

• 指导激励项目团队的所有成员共同完成项目工作超越目标并积极协调并调整绩效差距

Coach motivate and inspire project team members (all functions) to work together exceed goals and constructively confront & reconcile performance gaps.

• 推动内外部团队的决策识别并确保问题和冲突的有效解决

Driving decision making inside and outside of the team and identifying and ensuring resolution of conflicts and problems.

团队管理责任Interaction and team management responsibilities

• 积极进行冲突管理指导团队通过解决危机/突发问题从而建立合理计划在危机管理中有效支持领导团队

Constructively manage conflict and coach teams to work through and around threats/ disruptions to established plans. Effective champion and lightning rod for team in times of crisis.

• 作为项目沟通和信息汇总的中心同时也作为公司项目利益相关者的沟通者

Be the central communication and information point for the project and key networker with project stakeholders across the company.

• 促进团队达成共识共有权和共同责任

Promoting a common understanding joint ownership and responsibility.

• 建立计划和计划工具包括根据风险等级和紧急情况制定具体的工作任务资源的分配在已批准的预算中的风险储备金等

Create plans and schedule tools that include specific tasks and assigned resources corresponding to risk mitigations and contingencies include risk reserves in approved project budget.
