Sr. Maintenance Engineer

Work with team members to perform preventive maintenances and troubleshooting on utilities and equipment and continuously improve preventive maintenance plan and implement improvement projects to increase equipment reliability and performance and maximize the production continuity under a precondition of safety and quality guarantee.

1. Roles & Responsibility

Take responsibilities for the maintenance / troubleshooting / upgrading / improvement of the automation system including PCS EMS BMS OEE etc.

承担自动化系统(包括工艺控制系统环境监控系统建筑管理系统设备效率分析系统)的维护维修升级改进的职责

Support the installation calibration qualification optimization troubleshooting of automation systems such as production equipment and facilities by participating in project teams or serving as project leader.

通过参与项目团队或作为项目负责人支持生产设备和动力设施等自动化系统的安装校准鉴定优化故障排除

Support the maintenance or improvement activity for other equipment/system (including power distribution HVAC chiller air compressor water treatment powder transfer compounding autoclave filling line and packaging line etc.) to ensure them running smoothly and continuously.

Participate in site life cycle management projects including MES / EBR / Historian / AI analysis etc.

Collaborate with safety quality and manufacturing teams to perform equipment importance level assessments.

与安全质量和制造团队合作执行设备重要性级别评估

Conduct or participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).

Participate and provide support for audits.

Responsible for developing people training and technical skills to maximize operational equipment uptime implement new technologies and applying best practice in maintenance methods and systems.

2. Qualification/Requirements

Full-time university diploma and major in electrical or mechanical is preferred.

全日制本科毕业电气及机械专业优先考虑

Good writing and oral English skills.

良好的英语书写及口语能力

Good communication skills and basic leadership capability.

良好的沟通协调能力及一定的领导力

More than 10 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical/food/chemical industry preferably in sterile/aseptic fill & finish.

十年以上制药/食品/化工行业的相关工作经验有无菌生产经验优先
