YOUR TASKS

• 负责厂务设备档案的建立设备的管理和优化
• 负责和管理厂务设施维护和保养包含电力系统/中央空调系统/空压机系统/消防设施等确保各系统正常运作
• 负责和管理厂房建设/维修/二次改造装修等熟悉各项法律/法规对这些作业的流程规范要求如消防设施规范标准
• 负责和管理厂务设备故障排除和维修及时处理紧急抢修工作确保生产的正常进行
• 管理协调监督施工项目保证质量安全及可靠性
• 对完工的项目组织人员进行评估和验收
• 根据公司发展规划负责厂务预算的规划和实施

• 专科以上学历理工科类专业建筑环境与设备给水排水工程机电安装工程暖通等相关专业优先
• 5年以上厂务工作经验熟悉常规厂务设备维护保养流程有厂务管理经验优先
• 良好的项目管理能力和沟通协调能力能快速响应需求
• 熟练使用office办公软件和制图软件
• 熟悉施工图纸及规范了解行业相关规范
• 英文读写能力好听说能力良好者优先
• 强制需要低压电工证其他拥有高压电工证特种设备证书和安全资格证书者优先
