Job Summary
As the Senior Facility Management Supervisor at Honeywell you will be pivotal in overseeing the management and maintenance of our facilities across the Asia Pacific region (Greater China excluded). You will work closely with our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) service provider ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of efficiency and safety while also enhancing user experience within our workplaces.
You will report directly to our Director Global Real Estate and youll work out of our Shanghai location on an On-site work schedule.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision of Maintenance Activities: Oversee daily facility maintenance tasks ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of any arising issues.
Safety Compliance: Enforce effective maintenance schedules alongside safety compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
Financial Planning: Assist in reviewing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) plans alongside business units and the IFM service provider. 1
Project Coordination and Execution:
- Coordinate effectively with the IFM team contractors and vendors to ensure seamless integration and execution of all facility-related projects and services.
- Supervise the execution of facility projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines while leading the IFM service provider.
- Leverage best practices in project management to enhance overall facility performance and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
A minimal of 10 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance supervision
Strong knowledge of building systems safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
Proficiency in AOP and CapEx planning processes
Exceptional multitasking abilities with a proven track record in effective coordination across cross-functional teams.
Preferred familiarity with facilities management tools and software
Fluency in English (both oral and written)

A bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering or related field
Experience in managing facility operations in corporate or industrial environments.
Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to details.
