Sr. Electrical Engineer

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Lead electrical engineering activities for complex ETO (Engineer-to-Order) projects including technical solution development customer requirement clarification project planning risk management supplier coordination and project execution to ensure delivery on quality schedule and cost targets. Design and deliver starter panels control panels motor drive systems and PLC control systems for compressor products in accordance with ETO i2V and New Product Development processes. The scope includes star-delta starters variable-frequency drive systems soft starters PLC and HMI systems fixed-speed and variable-frequency AC motors while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop reliable and cost-effective customized solutions based on customer requirements.

1. Ensure that all designs comply with applicable local codes regulations and standards.

确保所有设计符合项目所在地适用的法规规范和标准

1. Collaborate with suppliers to clarify technical requirements codes and standards and ensure their effective implementation.

1. Investigate product quality issues identify root causes and develop and implement effective corrective actions.

调查产品质量问题识别根本原因并制定和实施有效的纠正措施

1. Identify i2V cost-reduction opportunities and drive related improvement projects to completion.

识别i2V降本机会并推动相关改进项目按计划完成

1. Serve as the electrical focal point for complex ETO projects coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales Application Engineering Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Sourcing Quality and Suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

作为复杂ETO项目的电气技术负责人协调销售应用工程机械工程制造采购质量及供应商等跨职能团队确保项目成功执行

1. Lead project planning technical reviews risk assessments milestone tracking and issue resolution activities throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Drive project schedules identify risks proactively develop mitigation plans and support decision-making to ensure on-time delivery of customized electrical solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering Automation Control Engineering or a related discipline.

本科及以上学历电气工程自动化控制工程或相关专业

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical control systems with at least 3 years of experience in complex ETO customized equipment or industrial automation projects.

至少八年以上电气控制系统工作经验其中至少三年以上复杂ETO定制化设备或工业自动化项目经验

1. Strong expertise in medium- and low-voltage motor control systems VSD systems soft starters PLC and HMI systems industrial communication protocols motor protection power distribution and electrical system integration.

Proficient in PLC programming and system integration using commonly used platforms such as Inovance Siemens and Allen-Bradley (AB).

Skilled in the selection and application of electrical components including circuit breakers contactors fuses

soft starters variable-frequency drives sensors PLCs relays and other related devices.

熟练使用常见PLC平台进行编程如汇川西门子和Allen-BradleyAB等

1. Familiar with motor selection basic design principles qualification and application and capable of designing the

associated power distribution and control systems based on motor parameters.

1. Familiar with applicable electrical codes and standards including GB standards applicable CE directives and standards and UL

standards.

1. Familiar with screw compressor products and able to understand their control logic and operating principles.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office; and skilled in electrical design tools such as AutoCAD.

1. Strong troubleshooting root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills in electrical control systems.

1. Experience in electrical control systems for marine or offshore applications is preferred. Experience in electrical control design for compressors or central air-conditioning equipment is also preferred.
